Email Correspondence and Scripts
We encourage direct and regular correspondence with the patient and their families outside of the clinic appointments to ensure safe and efficient medical management. We do not charge any out of pocket costs for responding to emails or for sending scripts.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice:
24 hours notice
: We require at least 24 hours notice to re-book another patient from our waiting list.

Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: 50% of the appointment fee will be charged to the patient account. This fee cannot be claimed by Medicare, and needs to be paid before your next appointment.

This policy helps us accommodate other patients in need and manage our operational costs effectively.
