Appointment Changes and Cancellation Policy
We understand that your time is incredibly valuable. Just as we strive to keep your appointments on schedule, we kindly request that you provide as much notice as possible when needing to adjust your appointment time.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice:
24 hours notice: We require at least 24 hours notice to re-book another patient from our waiting list.
Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: 50% of the appointment fee will be charged to the patient account. This fee cannot be claimed by Medicare, and needs to be paid before your next appointment.
This policy helps us accommodate other patients in need and manage our operational costs effectively.
